I am so honored to have planned the ceremony of Ms. Vickie Allen and Mr. Dwayne Ursin. Vickie and Dwayne are not only wonderful and a God-fearing couple, they are also very close and dear friends of mine. Their espresso and fuschia colors are wonderful for this time of year. With tigerlilies and an exotic location with all the works, this was indeed a beautiful February wedding to remember.
